Design Intent
The Bel Air Estate project centered on dissolving the boundary between interior and exterior. Working with the estate's Mediterranean architecture, we introduced floor-to-ceiling retractable glass walls, natural stone sourced from Italian quarries, and a custom courtyard fountain that serves as the property's sensory centerpiece.
Every room was designed to frame a view — whether of the sculpted gardens, the infinity pool, or the distant hills of the canyon.
