Chic Soho Loft

Design Intent

This SoHo loft conversion retained the building's industrial DNA — exposed brick, cast iron columns, and concrete floors — while layering in warmth through custom walnut cabinetry, hand-loomed textiles, and curated art from local galleries.

The open-plan layout was zoned using lighting and material transitions rather than partitions, creating a fluid space that evolves from morning coffee to evening entertaining.
