Inspired by the Japanese concept of Ma — the beauty of empty space — this Malibu villa embraces restraint as a luxury. Every element was chosen with intention: polished concrete floors, white oak millwork, and a muted palette of sand, stone, and sea glass.
The result is a home that breathes, where light plays across surfaces throughout the day, and the Pacific horizon becomes the primary artwork.
