Design Intent
The vision for The Penthouse Residence was to create a serene sanctuary high above the bustling city streets, taking inspiration from the expansive sky views, opting for a palette that reflects the shifting tones of the New York sky — soft whites, warm taupes, and subtle metallic accents that catch the sunset.
By removing artificial walls, we were able to let the flow of natural light define the architecture of the interior. Custom millwork and bespoke furnishings in neutral organic textures were curated to provide both profound comfort and quiet elegance.
